In a Simpol World

"2048: How we will have solved the climate crisis"

Yves Douma has written an inspiring account of what the world could be like in 2048, in a time when the Simpol- Simultaneous Policy Campaign- has been adopted globally and we are working collaboratively across this planet to solve the issues which threaten us.

Yves's story describes a time when "humankind has escaped the clutches of climate change". It describes nations cooperating effectively and with the shared understanding that the problems facing them can only be solved by joint effort and that no one nation can defeat the climate crisis, or any other global threat, on its own.

The story is fictional and futuristic but the work we need to begin today is very real. Please read this tale of hope and then sign on and pledge to make this a 2048 reality.

Read it here and judge for yourself, surely this is the future you want for your children and grandchildren.
